Bit annoyed with this company currently. They had been made fully aware of my circumstances when enquiring for a storage facility. Today, on the day I actually needed the storage facility I was aware it was going to be delayed, but on enquiring today I was told he had no room and no idea when he would have room. He knew this was an emergency and should have been upfront and honest from the get go. They’ve made an incredibly difficult time much more stressful.
